• Registration is open for all events until Sunday 25 May 2025 at 11:59 PM

• The organisers reserve the right to close registration earlier if the number of entries exceeds capacity

• Heats composition and pole vault groups will be published on Tuesday 27 May, and may be slightly adjusted in case of last-minute withdrawals

• Pre-meeting entry fee: €8 for running events, €5 for pole vault

• To be paid on site when collecting your bib

• Free for athletes from the organising club
